Migration to the WoodWing Help Center

Dear customer,

 

We have migrated our ticketing system on December 18, 2024 from Zoho to Zendesk. We have forwarded your email to our new system.
You can view all your ticket communication and other details in our Help center portal as well.

Please use our new email address, support@woodwing.com, for any subsequent communication.

Please submit new requests via mail: support@woodwing.com or via helpcenter.woodwing.com.

 

Existing requests are migrated and can be viewed and responded to via our new help center.
